According to the results of the conference, a resolution was adopted, which reflected that a number of issues of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of internal organs have intensified against the background of war events in Ukraine. In particular, the provision of medical care to the population takes place in conditions of comorbidity and unequal access of patients to medical care, today’s realities have prioritized the readiness of medical personnel to manage patients with psychological trauma and psychosomatic disorders at all levels of medical care, the question of protecting the medical population from a nuclear threat has arisen again. At the same time, the issues of diagnosis and treatment of common infections (COVID-19, Lyme borreliosis, and others) remain relevant. The information discussed at the conference will be useful for doctors of various specialties to solve the issues of providing medical assistance to the population in all discussed situations, based on modern standards, international guidelines and recommendations, and evidence-based medicine data.
