TNMU Volunteer Centre Received Humanitarian Consignment from Denmark
Vasyl Romanovych from Ternopil has recently brought humanitarian aid from Denmark to the Volunteer Centre of Ternopil National Medical University. The non-governmental organization “Elephant” (chairman Agnieszka Ketman) in Poland accepts from Ukrainians working in Denmark and concerned Danes various medicines, food products, personal hygiene products for the military servicemen and hospitals. Also, this association cooperates with activists in Germany and other countries. Polish volunteers sort these cargoes and hand them over to Ukrainian carriers. Vasyl Romanovych has been delivering humanitarian aid to Ukraine from abroad since the first days of the war.

This time, Mr. Vasyl brought 400 kg of medical supplies, 130 kg of food, and 380 kg of rehabilitation blankets to our volunteer centre. “Denmark has a very active volunteer Hanna, who unites around her many caring people and our diaspora. She closely cooperates with Polish volunteers,” Vasyl Romanovych said. A significant part of the consignment has already been distributed to the Armed Forces and military hospitals.
