We are honored to invite you to the scientific and practical conference with international participation “Medical and social problems of childhood”, which will be held on October 25-26, 2024 in Ternopil.
We will be glad to welcome you in the administrative building of the Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The official conference languages are Ukrainian, English
Oral presentation is limited to 30 minutes.
Participation in the discussion – up to 5 minutes.
Poster presentation – up to 3 minutes.

- Medical and social aspects of health and children of different ages.
- Medical and social aspects of the benefit of children of the first year of life.
- Features of children’s development in different environmental and social conditions.
- Prevention and correction of the negative impact of social conditions on the quality of life of children of different ages
- Innovative methods in the treatment and prevention of childhood diseases.
- The impact of microsocial and ecopathological factors on the health of young children.
- Diagnosis and treatment of socially significant diseases in children
- Impact of COV-19 on the health status of children.

FORMS OF PUBLICATION:
The conference materials can be published in the journal “Actual Problems of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology” (journals are included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, which can publish the results of dissertations for the degree of candidate and doctor of medical sciences, according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 07.10.2015 № 1021).
The text of the article should be printed on a standard sheet of paper (A4 format, Times new Roman font – 14 points), single-spaced; margin width: left, top and bottom – 2 cm, right – 1 cm (28-30 lines per page). The length of the original article, including figures, references, summary, and keywords, should not exceed 10 pages. The volume of literature review and lectures is 18 pages, short message and review – 5 pages.

Introduction. (Formulation of the problem in general, its connection with important scientific or practical tasks, analysis of recent published studies that have begun to solve this problem, highlighting the unresolved part of the general problem to which this work is devoted.)
The purpose of the study
Materials and methods. (A description of the object of study and methods, the description of which should be sufficient to understand their feasibility and reproducibility. In the case of experimental studies, the species, sex, number of animals, methods of anesthesia for manipulations involving pain, and method of euthanasia should be indicated. It is mandatory to indicate the methods of statistical analysis with justification of the choice of criteria for the reliability of the estimates).
Research results and their discussion. (Presentation of the main factual material, full justification of the scientific results obtained, expression of one’s own judgment about the results obtained, comparison with the interpretation of similar data provided by other authors).
Conclusions.
Prospects for further research. (Presentation of the author’s vision of the prospects for further ways to solve the problem covered in the work.)
The list of references (printed in the order in which the sources are mentioned in square brackets) is formed in two blocks: traditional and additional for foreign databases (references) in case of availability of Ukrainian and Russian-language sources.
The list of references should be given in APA Style (developed by the Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th ed. (Washington, DC: APA, 2010)).
