TNMU Student Delivered Lectures on Healthy Nutrition
On May 2, 2025, еру first-year medical faculty student Olha Yuziuk (MM-109) delivered two lectures for 6th and 7th-grade students at Yu. Koval Lanivtsi General Secondary Education Institution No. 1.

The 6th-grade students had the opportunity to learn about the benefits and harms of various food products. The topic of the lecture was “Balanced Nutrition – The Key to a Healthy Life.” Together with the student, the schoolchildren discussed the main principles of a balanced diet, the components of a healthy eating plate, and the consequences of poor nutrition.

The lecture for the 7th-grade students was titled “The Role of Vitamins in Our Lives.” They learned about the importance of fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins, and gained knowledge about the concepts of avitaminosis, hypovitaminosis, and hypervitaminosis, as well as why these conditions can be harmful to the human body.


The students listened to the useful information with great interest and eagerly asked questions.
