TNMU Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Mykulyntsi Regional Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Hospital

On March 12, 2026, the General Director of the Mykulyntsi Regional Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Hospital, Zinovii Yasenyk, met with the Rector of Ternopil National Medical University, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, to discuss further areas of cooperation and to sign a partnership agreement.

During the meeting, both parties discussed creating opportunities for clinical training and internships for TNMU students enrolled in the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation program at the hospital’s facilities. The discussion also included the implementation of postgraduate education programs, continuing professional development for physicians, organization of thematic training cycles, courses, internships, and advanced training programs.

Professor Petro Lykhatskyi invited Zinovii Yasenyk to participate in a motivational meeting with future physical therapists at the university in order to provide them with a deeper understanding of professional prospects in their chosen field. The Rector also expressed a desire to strengthen cooperation between the university and the hospital in educational, clinical, and scientific areas.

For his part, the General Director of the Mykulyntsi Regional Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Hospital expressed his pleasure at welcoming graduates of TNMU to his medical team.
