A meeting of the Specialized Academic Council was held at TNMU

On November 26, a meeting of the Specialized Academic Council (registration number D 58.601.02) was held in TNMU.

The agenda included:

Defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences by Levytska Larysa Volodymyrivna “Optimization of the restorative treatment of patients with myocardial infarction and comorbid pathology at the stage of rehabilitation”, specialty 14.01.02 – Internal diseases. Scientific supervisor – Shved Mykola Ivanovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Emergency Medical Aid (I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University). Official opponents were: 1. Malynovska Iryna Edmundivna, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Leading Researcher of the Department of Myocardial Infarction and Restorative Treatment (Academician M. Strazhesk Institute of Cardiology, NAMS of Ukraine). 2. Mishchuk Vasyl Hryhorovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of General Practice (Family Medicine), Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine (Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University). 3. Tokarenko Oleksandr Ivanovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine, General Practice-Family Medicine, Occupational Pathology and Medical Rehabilitation (Zaporizhzhia Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education).

Defense of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences by Tsyntar Tetiana Petrivna «Clinical and pathogenetic substantiation of differentiated treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease», specialty 14.01.02 – Internal diseases. Scientific supervisor – Fediv Oleksandr Ivanovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases (Bukovyna State Medical University). Official opponents were: 1. Andreichyn Serhii Mykhailovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Propedeutics of Internal Diseases (I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University). 2. Skliarov Yvhen Yakovych, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of Department of Therapy №1 and Medical Diagnostics of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education (Danylo Halytsky Lviv National University).

On the basis of the results of the secret voting and the conclusion of the Specialized Academic Council, a positive decision was made on awarding the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences in specialty 14.01.02 – Internal diseases to to Larysa Levytska and the degree of the Candidate of Medical Sciences in specialty 14.01.02 – Internal diseases to Tetiana Tsyntar.
