Annual Fulbright Scholarship in Ukraine for the 2023-2024 academic year

Despite the tragic circumstances, the Fulbright Academic Exchange Program reaffirms its presence in Ukraine and does not abandon plans for the future.

We are conducting a competitive recruitment for 2023-2024, extending the deadline for submission of documents until June 30, 2022 for two programs:

The competition is open to teachers-beginners and young professionals who specialize in linguistics, Ukrainian literature, translation studies, communications, journalism, American studies, and English language teaching. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that Ukrainian citizenship and residence in Ukraine remain one of the important conditions of the Fulbright Program in Ukraine at the time of the competition (see the section “Requirements for Candidates”).

However, given that many students and graduates are not currently in Ukraine, we will accept documents from contestants who continue to stay in Ukraine, as well as those Ukrainian citizens who were in Ukraine until February 24 but were forced to leave the country due to the war.
