The method of Biosugestive Therapy (BST) is a simple and at the same time effective psychotherapeutic tool for a person to get rid of psychosomatic disorders and other neurotic disorders, restore psychological comfort and well-being. BST combines techniques of verbal and nonverbal suggestion in a state of light trance. Applying of this method is a topical issue as it shows high effectiveness in treatment of patients with non-psychotic mental disorders, which allows reducing clinical manifestations by psychotherapeutic intervention, as well as decreasing drug load, improving rehabilitation and resocialization of this group of patients. The use of BST helps identify and change the triggers of the disease, improve its micro- and macrosocial functioning.
