A Meeting of the TSMU Academic Board Was Held
On January 26, 2016 a scheduled meeting of the Academic Board of Ternopil State Medical University was held.
At first, the Rector of the University professor M.M. Korda awarded the Certificates to professors and associate professor who have recently received these titles .
The following lecturers received the certificates:
- Professors
Meretskyi Viktor Mykolaiovych,
Luchynskyi Mykhailo Antonovych,
Kozak Daria Volodymyrivna,
Boiarchuk Oksana Romanivna,
Selskyi Petro Romanovych;
- Associate Professors
Savchenko Iryna Petrivna,
Herasymets Iryna Ihorivna,
Zalizniak Marta Stepanivna,
Bodnar Roksolana Yaroslavivna,
Kopytchak Ihor Romanovych.
Title applications for the departments’ heads was also the issue of the agenda.
The Academic Secretary Professor Herasymiuk I.Ye. presented some information about the applicants.
Due to the results of secret ballot the following lecturers have been chosen for the positions of the departments’ heads and professors:
Professor Andreichyn Serhii Mykhailovych for the position of the Head of the Department of Internal Medicine Propedeutics and Phthisiology,
Professor Hryshchuk Leonid Andriiovych for the position of the Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine Propedeutics and Phthisiology,
Professor Shidlovskyi Viktor Oleksandrovych for the position of the Professor of the L.Ya. Kovalchuk Department of Surgery №1 and Urology,
Professor Hoshchynskyi Volodymyr Bronislavovych for the position of the Professor of the Department of Surgery of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education,
Professor Holiachenko Andriy Oleksandrovych for the position of the Professor of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation.
Assistant Vice-Rector for Science, Education and Clinical Affairs Associate Professor Herasymets Yurii Mykhailovych reported on lecturer’s clinical affairs at clinical departments.
Vice-Rector for Economic Affairs Chlek Olesia Bohdanivna expanded on use of university fundsю
Professor Dziubanovskyi Ihor Iakovych, Professor Boichuk Alla Volodymyrivna and Professor Klishch Ivan Mykolaiovych informed about accomplishments of the Specialist Academic Councils.
The Vice-Rector for Research Klishch I. M. reported on current issues.
