Ternopil State Medical University expands collaboration with clinical training centers in Poland
On September 16th representatives of the Polish company EMC Instytut Medyczny SA attended Ternopil State Medical University with working visit. Members of the delegation, Head Project Manager Michal Kuhta and HR-manager Anna Keldanowicz met with the rector of TSMU, Professor Mykhailo Korda to discussed areas of cooperation.
The meeting resulted in a proposal to sign a number of agreements with Polish hospitals, which would serve as clinical sites where students of the University to go on internship and traineeship visits. This will allow our future doctors to gain practical experience and to adopt European standards of care in various medical specialties.
On the same day, the representatives of the company EMC Instytut Medyczny SA met with with Ukrainian and Polish students of Ternopil State Medical University. Michal Kuhta and Anna Keldanowicz told the young people about circumstances under which students who came to study at our university from Poland can seek employment with their company after graduation. For future the Ukrainian doctors the Polish guests spoke about the benefits of internships and training.
