TNMU students joined the HIV / AIDS Day campaign

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle, on November 26-27, 2019, TNMU students held an interactive event on HIV prevention under the title “Safety Route” in Ternopil College of Food Technology and Trade.

2nd year medical students of TNMU (Korosil Denys, Bagheri Dante Vlad, Kashuba Taras), under the supervision of Prof. S. N. Vadziuk and Assoc. Prof. O. M. Ratynska acquainted the college students with statistics of HIV-infected people in Ukraine and in the world, ways of infection transmission, means of diseases protection and preventing unwanted pregnancy.

During the event, college students went through an online Safety Route to answer questions about HIV / AIDS and gain practical skills in dealing with problematic situations.
