TNMU Students Gave Lectures on Fighting with Bullying to the Schoolchildren of Ternopil
On September 24, 2021, Kateryna Symko, Dmytro Korolchuk, Vladyslav Tytov, Illia Sorokivskyi, the students of the Faculty of Medicine of TNMU, joined the week of fighting with bullying at TSS No.3.
At the request of the school administration, the students prepared 4 lectures for students of forms 5-6 on “What is bullying, its varieties”, “What is the difference between bullying and conflict”, “The main performers of bullying”, “How to prevent / counteract bullying”.
“We do care of those experiencing harassment! We are sorry that this problem is urgent now. We tried to explain to children that bullying is a threat not only to mental health but also to physical health; we emphasized the importance of parents and teachers as counsellors; we discussed the popular problem of cyberbullying”, said the organizers of the lectures.
