TNMU Received Humanitarian Aid from Partners from Akkon University
Professor Timo Ulrichs (Akkon University of Human Sciences, Berlin), Director of the Institute of Research and International Cooperation of the Akkon University for the Humanities in Berlin, who is a long-time and reliable partner of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, made his personal contribution to Ukraine’s victory over Russian invaders.

Many joint scientific conferences, webinars and symposiums took place on his initiative and participation. Timo Ulrichs shared his experience and knowledge with participants of the XIV International Student Summer Schools. He has lectured and given a series of workshops on public health and the health care system in different countries. He has also repeatedly lectured to students of Ternopil Medical University.

In order to help Ukrainians in the face of Russian occupation, Timo Ulrichs donated important medicines and medical supplies to our Volunteer Centre, including bandages, catheters, dressing materials, wipes, urinary bags, intravenous injection systems, syringes, and gel for burns and wounds, haemostatic sponges and sprays, and such drugs as Dimenhydrate, Propofol, Diazepam, Adrenaline, Paracetamol, Tranexamic Acid, Lidocaine, Metamizole sodium, Diclofenac, Chlorhexidine, eye drops , Cefuroxime, Tantum Verde, Naloxone, Atropine, Ibuprofen, Ramipril, Bisoprolol, Citalopram, Amoxicillin, Loperamide.
