TNMU Volunteer Centre Received a Large Consignment of Medicines and Medical Supplies
On May 26, 2022, the Volunteer Centre of Ivan Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University received a large humanitarian consignment from a number of foreign organizations and medical centres, including Yusen Logistics, Yusen teams in America, Germany, and Poland; Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Massachusetts; Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts; Nixon Peabody LLP.

The cargo weighing 700 kg included a large number of medical gloves and surgical gloves, masks, medical trays, dressings, stethoscopes, plasters, spatulas, as well as laryngeal masks, sterile dressing kits, catheters for continuous infusion, orthoses, kits for central venous puncture, Ambu bags, sterile clothing kits, nasal bleeding stop kits, laparocentesis kits, nasal rinsing kits, pericardial puncture kits, pleural drainage kits, pleural drainage kits, delivery kits, laparoscopic kits, lumbar puncture kits, thoracic drainage system, suture materials, sodium chloride wipes, antibacterial wipes etc.
A part of this cargo has already been sent to military hospitals where Ukrainian defenders are being treated.
