Touching Support from Polish School Children
The charitable account of TNMU Volunteer Centre received a money transfer from students of the Polish secondary school, VI Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Koszalinie (https://liceum6koszalin.pl/). This is a group of school children studying the French language who organized a charity fair. They sold cookies and transferred the money (500 zlotys) to help Ukraine. The school administration got in touch with TNMU Ass. Professor Olena Prokopovych, who helped transfer funds to our charity account.

“It is absolutely touching, and even more remarkable when you realize that it was done by children. Although the amount is small, it is heart-warming to know that Poles, especially children, are aware of the degree of responsibility to people and make efforts to help others,” said Ass. Prof. Olena Prokopovych.

We sincerely thank all students of the VI Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Koszalinie, the administrators of this institution Sylvia Marciniak, Jolanta Kowalska, and the teacher Julitta Tatarzyńska for raising the young generation on the basis of humanism.
TNMU Press Secretary Yanina Chaikivska.
