During the session, psychoeducation was provided for 35 servicemen and training was organized on the topic “Post-stress reactions” and “Assistance techniques for people who have experienced traumatic events”.

All those present received psychocorrective assistance using mindfulness techniques, as well as psychodiagnostics using the DASS-21 and Mississippi scale for assessing post-traumatic reactions (military version).

An individual diagnostic interview and psychotherapeutic session was conducted for all combatants and, if necessary, psychocorrective trauma-focused therapy and medication correction were recommended.

After all, owing to those who protect us at the front, we are able to be useful in the rear and bring our victory closer together!
