TNMU Rector Signed Memorandum of Cooperation with the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Ternopil

On the eve of one of the greatest holidays – the Resurrection of Christ – Ternopil National Medical University was visited by the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Ternopil Tetiana Chubak. At the same time, the consulate is a regional representative of the charitable organization “Greening of Ukraine Charitable Foundation”. On April 13, 2023, together with the Rector of TNMU, Professor Mykhaylo Korda, she signed the Memorandum on cooperation in the implementation of the global eco-initiative “Greening of the Planet”.

As part of this project, on April 22, 2023, tree planting will be organized with the participation of university students and staff during the “1 million trees of life” campaign.

Cooperation within the framework of the memorandum involves drawing attention to the problems of ecology, restoring the country’s ecosystem, forming a positive image of Ukraine in the world with the help of the collective success story of Ukrainians.
In addition, during the meeting, both sides discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the educational and scientific fields between the Consulate of Hungary in Ukraine and TNMU.
