Psychiatric Interns Held an Interactive Event for Students of Ternopil Pedagogical University

On October 10, as part of the International Day of Mental Health, an interactive event “Journey to Mental Health” was held on the basis of V. Hnatiuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University. More than 120 students were trained and mastered psychological self-help skills.

At the event, psychiatrists-interns Oleh Kuziv, Anastasia Lysa, Sofia Tysh, Victoria Drahan, who are studying at TNMU Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology, demonstrated various stress-fighting techniques.

Acquiring new knowledge and skills to maintain mental health remains important for everyone. After all, everyone who has received such training can help not only themselves, but also their loved ones in crisis situations.
