TNMU Has Launched “Sexual Education” Educational Project

Students of Ternopil National Medical University started the implementation of the “Sex Education” project for schoolchildren of different age groups. It was initiated by Valeria Blahuliak, Nadia Luchyshyn, Uliana Hetman and Yulia Shkorbetska.

According to Valeria Blahuliak, the project will cover a large audience of schoolchildren during the current school year. The organizing team plan to deliver thematic lecture aimed to deepen basic knowledge and eliminate children’s wariness regarding this topic.

During the week of implementation of this project (October 10-20, 2023), 389 schoolchildren aged 7 to 11 years of such educational institutions as Ternopil Secondary School No. 24, schools of Kozova (Ternopil region), Korostyshiv (Zhytomyr region) and Rivne had a chance to listen to interesting and instructive lectures.

14 lecturers from among the students of TNMU, in particular Tetiana Benediuk, Kateryna Biiak, Olha Kuzmych, Viktoria Mazur, Valeria Blahuliak, Nadia Luchyshyn, Anastasia Radko, Svitlana Mahera, Liubov Zamoiska, Oleksandra Bynkovska, Marta Sorochynska, Oksana Petryshyn, Olena Iskra, Daryna Yuziuk eagerly shared their knowledge with the schoolchildren..
