TNMU Students Implemented the “Mental Health” Project
For a week, the University was implementing the “Mental Health” educational project. This series of events was organised by the third-year students of the Faculty of Medicine Ilona Kohut, Yuliana Saiuk, Maksym Kaleniuk. For several days, future doctors gave lectures to schoolchildren of different age groups. Schoolchildren were able to learn useful information on topics such as “Mental Health in Wartime”, “What Do I Feel?” and “Hello, Future Student!”.





The purpose of organizing these lectures was to teach children to understand their emotions, adjust to a new environment, distinguish anxiety conditions and learn to cope with them.




In general, 20 lectures were held, presented to 400 children in secondary school No. 17 (Ternopil) and 2 lyceums in Dubno. The lecturers were: Olena Iskra and Diana Malyshevska (MM-416), Tetiana Khytryk and Daryna Sichevska (MM-303), Iryna Yatsukh (MM-104), Daiana Borysiuk (MM-105), Anna-Maria Zaiats and Sofia Vretsiona (MM -314), Aliona Haichenko and Solomia Savchuk (MM-414).
