TNMU Students Taught Schoolchildren Basics of Healthy Lifestyle

On April 8, 2024, students of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, Viktoria Hural (MM-115) and Maria Vivchar (MM-118) gave a lecture for the tenth-grade students of Ternopil Law Lyceum No. 2 on the topic “Say no to bad habits!”

Students told the schoolchildren about bad habits and the importance of avoiding them. They also emphasized the consequences of such harmful habits as smoking, alcohol consumption, drug use, poor nutrition, and insufficient physical activity. Pupils were told about the methods of prevention and means of preserving health, so that young people could make more reasonable decisions about their lives and health. At the end, the acquired knowledge was strengthened by watching informative videos.

TNMU students also spoke about the peculiarities of studying at TNMU and shared their impressions about how to be medical students.
