Specialists of TNMU Mental Health Centre Took Part in the Professional Development Program

On May 29, 2024, the short-term training program “Charity and volunteer activity in conditions of uncertainty” was organized by the Ternopil regional training centre.

Specialists of the Mental Health Centre and the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology of TNMU, Olena Venger and Yulia Venger, took part in the event.

During the meeting, Olena Venger presented a report on “Mental health and the path to well-being.”

Yulia Venger spoke about the peculiarities of the mental health centre’s activities with different categories of the population and the client-centred approach to providing assistance.

The specialists answered the listeners’ questions, and also took an active part in the discussion of current issues in the field of mental health.

The event became an important platform for sharing experience and knowledge in the field of mental health and developing coping strategies to overcome stress.
