The organizing committee of the scientific symposium “Rational management and pharmaceutical care of patients with comorbidities in general medical practice” with international participation has the honor of inviting you to participate in its work.

The symposium is registered in the BPR provision system at the DNP “Testing Center” Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 1002007.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

 December 12-13, 2024 

1. Comorbidity is an urgent issue in the work of a general practitioner-family doctor and a challenge today.
2. Rational management of diagnosis and treatment of the most common diseases of internal organs and comorbid conditions.
3. Pediatric, surgical, and obstetric-gynecological aspects of comorbidity management in family medicine.
4. Seminar on non-pharmacological methods of treatment in family medicine.
5. Gerontological aspects of management of comorbid conditions
6. Presentation of the manual “Family Medicine: Realities and Prospects”
7. Current pharmaceutical care issues in the general medical practice of managing comorbid patients.

Form of participation: oral presentation, poster presentation, free listener.

The materials of the conference will be printed on the pages of the professional journal “Achievements in Clinical and Experimental Medicine” No. 1 2025.

SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES TO THE JOURNAL:

To publish scientific works (articles) in specialized periodicals (scientific journals) of TNMU, contact the editorial office at 0(352) 434956. All information about periodicals (submission conditions, citation indexes, etc.) can be obtained by visiting the site

You need to register as a reader and author (check the box) under the selected journal and submit an article (upload an article) there.

TERMS OF PUBLICATION:

1. Scientific works (articles, literature reviews, clinical cases) designed according to the requirements of the journal “Achievements of Clinical and Experimental Medicine” are accepted. Under the text of the article, there should be information about the authors: place of work, position, scientific degree, academic title, surname, first name, patronymic, with the address, phone number, and e-mail address of each author.
2. Detailed requirements for writing articles can be found at the link on the official page of the magazine 
3. The volume of the original article, including tables, figures, a list of references, and a summary, should be at least 5 p.; the volume of a problem article, literature review, or lecture—up to 12 p.; and a short article in the headings “View of the problem” and “Case from practice”—up to 5 p., including a summary and a list of references.
4. The article can be printed in Ukrainian and English on one side of an A4 sheet with 1800-2000 printed characters on the page (margins: top and bottom – 2.5 cm, left—3 cm, right—1.5 cm, Times New Roman 14 pt in one-and-a-half intervals).

Tables should have short titles and their numbering. Reproduction of the same material in tables and figures is not allowed. Charts and graphs should preferably be created in Microsoft Excel. Small illustrations can be placed along the text of the article.

It is recommended that the Microsoft Equation formula editor be used for formulas.

5. Articles must be written in compliance with the essential requirements of DSTU 3008-95 “Documentation. Reports in the field of science and technology. Structure and design rules.” according to the following scheme:

UDC: from the TITLE OF THE WORK paragraph (in capital letters), the authors’ initials and surnames, and the institution’s full name (in three languages).

Summaries in Ukrainian and English (250–300 words each) should be structured and contain the work’s title, purpose, materials and methods, research results, and conclusions.

Keywords in Ukrainian and English (up to 8 words).

Introduction. (Statement of the problem in a general form, its connection with important scientific or practical tasks, analysis of the latest published studies, in which the solution of this problem was initiated, selection of the unsolved part of the general problem, to which the specified work is devoted).

The purpose of the study.

Research material and methods. (Explanation of the research object and procedures, the description of which should be sufficient for understanding their expediency and the possibility of reproduction. In the case of conducting experimental studies, the species, sex, number of animals, and methods of anesthesia during manipulations related to the assignment of pain to animals, the method it is mandatory to indicate the methods of statistical analysis with the justification of the choice of criteria for the reliability of assessments).

Results and discussion. (The primary factual material is presented, a complete justification of the obtained scientific results is carried out, an expression of one’s judgment regarding the obtained results, its comparison with the interpretation of similar data given by other authors).

Conclusions. Prospects for further research.

The list of used literature (printed in the order of citing sources) is formed by two blocks: traditional and additional for foreign databases (REFERENCES).

Materials for printing are accepted until November 22, 2024.

The editors determine the cost of publication according to the article’s length, approximately UAH 160 for 1,800 characters (1 page), taking into account the assignment of DOI.
