International Day of Student Sports at Ternopil National Medical University

From September 16 to October 3, 2024, students of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University participated in all-Ukrainian physical culture and health events dedicated to the International Day of Student Sports.

The master classes organized during the event:

“Ukrainian Folk Dances: Heritage of Ancestors and a Symbol of the People’s Identity” – Ostap Prokopenko (MT-401) and Kateryna Savchenko (TR-106).

“Tennis Elements in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation” – Viktor Nazaruk and Yelyzaveta Volobuyeva (SS-301).

“Volleyball as a Means of Communication and Socialization” – Ostap Prokopenko (MT-401) and Yuliia Turyk (MM-211).

“Latin American Dances Elements in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation” – Viktor Nazaruk and Sofiia Kukharchuk (MM-212).

“Healthy Breathing Techniques” – Lyubov Novakova.

Yoga, pilates, and health fitness were also practiced with TNMU students.
