Scheduled Meeting of the Academic Council of TNMU

On October 29, 2024, under the chairmanship of the university’s Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, a scheduled meeting of the TNMU Academic Council took place.

Before the start of the meeting, the Rector presented Honorary Certificates from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to Yuriy Zavidniuk, an Assistant of the Medical Rehabilitation Department, and Antonina Chervatiuk, the Head of the Simulation Learning Center and Assistant of the Emergency and Simulation Medicine Department.

Information about candidates for positions of department heads and professors, as well as for the academic title of associate professor, was provided by the academic secretary, Professor Illia Herasymiuk.

Following the results of a secret vote, the following appointments were made:

• Professor Kostiv S. was appointed Head of the Surgery No. 2 Department.

• Professor Kamyshna I. was appointed as Professor of the Medical Rehabilitation Department.

Following the vote, the academic title of Associate Professor in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department was awarded to K. Peleshok.

The topic “Discussion and Approval of the Training Plan for Academic Staff and the Reserve for Department Head Positions. Work with Non-PhD Teaching Staff” was presented by Vice-Rector for Research, Professor Ivan Klishch.

A report on “The Work of the Simulation Learning Center” was presented by the Head of the Center, Antonina Chervatiuk.

Associate Professor Marta Rudenko reported on the work of the Center for Educational and Cultural Development.

Vice-Rector for Research, Professor Ivan Klishch;

Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education, Associate Professor Roman Svystun.
