Physiological Aspects of Health: Career Guidance Lectures and Workshops for Medical Lyceum Students

Physiological Aspects of Health:
Evelina Sas, Kristina Halak, and Violetta Klinovska conducted a session, highlighting the significance of sleep, physical activity, proper nutrition, and stress management in overall health.
Rational Nutrition – The Secret to a Healthy Life:
Andriy Vynychenko, Diana Mudriievska, and Denys Dolhopolov delivered a lecture for schoolchildren. They emphasized the importance of a well-balanced diet for maintaining good health and well-being.


Healthy Sleep:
Alina Kushniruk, Diana Mazii, and Liubov Stepasiuk engaged schoolchildren in a session focusing on the role of sleep in achieving emotional stability, academic success, and overall well-being. The session provided tips for improving sleep quality, such as limiting gadget use before bedtime, and included a sleep quality assessment to offer personalized recommendations for better rest.

Emotional Burnout:
The series concluded with a discussion of emotional burnout with Viktoriia Huliashcha, Olha Kazimyrska, and Oleksandr Sydorovych. They educated schoolchildren about the importance of emotional health and strategies to prevent exhaustion, particularly in preparing for the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT).

Career Guidance
An essential aspect of the visit was career guidance. The university students shared insights into TNMU’s achievements, the joys of student life, and career opportunities in the medical field.

These initiatives provided lyceum schoolchildren with valuable knowledge about maintaining physical and emotional health while fostering interest in pursuing careers in healthcare and related sciences.
