On December 7, 2024, the Ukrainian House “Peremoha” hosted an event dedicated to Volunteer Day and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The event was organized by the volunteer center “Desantno-Kozatskyi Riy”, whose members include TNMU students. The head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Nehoda, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech and presented Volodymyr Moseyko with the President of Ukraine’s award “For the Defense of Ukraine.”

Several TNMU student volunteers were also recognized with certificates of appreciation, including Anastasiia Pryvrotska, Viktoriia Mazur, Maryana Kryzhanivska, Khrystyna Martynyshyn, Sofiia Kukharchuk, Anna Zakusilo, Nataliia Zakharchuk, Iryna Dovhan, Yuliia Mota, and Liubov Savkiv.

Medical faculty students Diana Storoshchuk and Marta Struk received medals “For Dignity and Patriotism.”

Volunteers of the university-wide volunteer movement “Misericordia” organized and participated in many events throughout 2024 and were active participants in the summer camp “Podilsko-Volynska Sich.”

We thank the volunteers for their tireless work, which brings us closer to victory.
