A Ternopil National Medical University Student Participated in the First National Forum of Talented Youth
On January 24, 2025, a large-scale event, the First National Forum of Talented Youth, took place in Kyiv with the participation of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The event brought together over 400 of the most talented young Ukrainians from various cities nationwide.

Bohdan Yurchenko, a student of Ternopil National Medical University, became a participant in this significant event. He earned this opportunity due to achieving the highest scores on the National Multisubject Test in 2022. The forum also included winners of international and national educational Olympiads, prize-winners of the World Robotics Olympiad, athletes who earned medals at European championships, graduates with top scores on External Independent Testing and the National Multisubject Test (from 2021 to 2024), as well as young scientists.

During the forum, the student had the opportunity to ask a question to the President of Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy engaged in dialogue with the talented youth shared his vision for Ukraine’s future and emphasized the importance of their role in the country’s recovery.

Bohdan Yurchenko mentioned that he gained valuable knowledge from prominent speakers, including Nobel Prize laureate in medical physiology and medicine, Paul Nurse. He found the presentation on research in Antarctica particularly intriguing. The experience of communicating with scientists and other forum participants gave him energy and inspiration for further achievements in the medical field.
