Scheduled Meeting of the TNMU Academic Council
On January 28, 2025, under the chairmanship of the university’s Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, a scheduled meeting of the Academic Council of TNMU was held.
Before the meeting, Rector awarded honorary certificates to the winners of the “Best Student of 2024” competition:
- In the category “For Outstanding Academic Achievements” – Bohdan Yurchenko, a second-year student of the Medical Faculty.
- In the category “For Significant Achievements in Scientific Work” – Viktoriia Miroshnyk, a fifth-year student of the Medical Faculty and Chair of the Student Scientific Society.
- In the category “For Active Civic Engagement” – Kyrylo Barna, a third-year student of the Faculty of Dentistry.
- у номінації «За вагомі досягнення в розвитку культури» – студенту 6 курсу медичного факультету Антону Шупі;
- In the category “For Significant Achievements in Sports” – Dmytro Perets, a second-year student of the Medical Faculty, specializing in Therapy and Rehabilitation.
- In the category “For Active Volunteer Work” – Sofiia Berehuliak.
Additionally, professorial certificates were awarded to:
Petro Bodnar – Department of Surgery with Urology and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
- Tetiana Bodnar – Department of Surgery with Urology and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
- Oksana Ilkiv – Department of Human Anatomy.
The Doctor of Philosophy diploma was awarded to Volodymyr Moroz.
Reports Presented at the Meeting:
Professor Stepan Zaporozhan, Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical, and Medical Work, reported on the university’s medical and preventive activities.
Professor Ivan Klishch, Vice-Rector for Research, presented a report on the work of the university’s specialized academic councils.
Associate Professor Nataliia Lisnychuk, Deputy Rector for International Relations, reported on the activities of the International Relations Department.
Professor Oksana Shevchuk provided information on the results of the university faculty ranking for 2024.
