Associate Professors of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of TNMU Participated in the “Arterium” Business School for University Lecturers

On April 2, 2025, events organized by the “Arterium” Business School for university lecturers of pharmaceutical specialties took place in Kyiv as part of the “Shaping the Future of Pharma” project by the Corporate University.

Following a competitive selection process, representatives of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University — Associate Professors of the Department of Pharmacy Management and Economics with Drug Technology Oksana Barna and Olena Pokotylo, along with Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lyudmyla Mosula—were invited to participate in two months of online training led by top experts in the pharmaceutical industry.

The main goal of the lecturers’ participation in the Business School was to build a community of like-minded individuals, develop their own educational project to promote higher pharmaceutical education among school students, compete for the best idea to attract prospective applicants, and earn a grant to develop the TNMU brand.

The event gathered 53 lecturers from 20 Ukrainian universities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ternopil, Lutsk, Luhansk, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Uzhhorod), all of whom train professionals in the pharmaceutical field. The day was filled with valuable knowledge, motivation, and inspiration for collaborative efforts toward the future of pharmaceutical education.
