TNMU Students and Schoolchildren Prepared Easter Packages for the Military
On the eve of the Easter holidays, students of the Medical Faculty at I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University created festive care packages for Ukrainian defenders. The event was organized on the initiative of the Department of Foreign Languages’ lecturers Nataliia Hantimurova and Tetiana Khvalyboha.

First-year students Kateryna Finashko, Veronika Baishur, Yelyzaveta Koretska, and Nazar Sukach visited the students of Ternopil Primary School No. 1. They delivered an engaging lecture “Microbes, Viruses, and the Power of Friendship,” which captivated the young students with great interest and enthusiasm. We previously reported on this educational event.
However, the true magic happened after the lecture. The students and children joined forces for a good cause — preparing Easter packages for our soldiers. Each package contained sweets, tea, coffee, and most importantly — heartfelt letters of gratitude and support for the defenders.

One of the students delivered the packages to her father, a soldier currently serving on the front lines, and to his comrades. The defenders were deeply touched by the children’s care and sincerity and recorded a video message with warm words of thanks for the schoolchildren and students.

We are proud of our students, who not only pursue a medical education but also cultivate the highest human values — kindness, empathy, and love for others. Together — toward victory!
