Scheduled Meeting of the Academic Council of TNMU
On April 29, 2025, under the chairmanship of the university Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, a scheduled meeting of the Academic Council of TNMU took place.


Before the meeting began, in a ceremonial setting, the Rector presented awards to newly elected Distinguished Professors and laureates of the Ivan Horbachevsky Memorial Medal at TNMU:

Professor Illia Herasymiuk, Academic Secretary, reported on competitive academic matters.
Based on the results of a secret ballot, Professor Vitalii Kulchytskyi was elected Head of the Department of Higher School Pedagogy and Social Disciplines.

Iryna Sarapuk was elected Professor of the Department of Pediatrics No. 2.

The report on the “Readiness of Departments for Final and Transfer Exams. Approval of Examination Materials and Methodology” was presented by the Vice-Rector for Science and Education, Professor Arkadii Shulhai.

A report on the work of the Faculty of Pharmacy was delivered by the Acting Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Dmytro Korobko.

The Student Parliament’s report for 2023–2024 was presented by its Chair, Sofiia Berehuliak.

Associate Professor Ihor Drach, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, reported on the approval of amendments to the Admission Rules of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for 2025.
