TNMU Received Approval to Award Professional Qualifications for Educational Programs in the Absence of a Professional Standard

I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has received positive conclusions from the National Qualifications Agency regarding the approval to award professional qualifications for three educational programs (https://eq-sector.tdmu.edu.ua/%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%94%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8F-%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%84%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%96%D0%B9%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%85-%D0%BA%D0%B2%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%96%D1%84%D1%96%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%86%D1%96%D0%B9).

According to the decision of the Agency made on April 28, 2025, the following qualifications have been approved:
• “Paramedic” — for the educational and professional program “Paramedic”.
• “Physician” — for the accredited educational and professional program “General Medicine” (accreditation certificate No. 8218 dated May 16, 2024).
• “Dentist” — for the accredited educational and professional program “Dentistry” (accreditation certificate No. 1334 dated April 8, 2021).

This decision confirms that the educational programs meet the qualification training requirements even in the absence of officially approved professional standards.
