Lifestrand Project Instructors Train Employees of Ternopil Regional Employment Center in Basic First Aid

As part of the international Lifestrand project under Erasmus+ “Promoting First Aid Skills Among Civilians in Wartime Conditions,” cooperation with Ternopil Regional Employment Center began in summer 2025.

Training is planned for 200 employees, of whom 77 have already completed the course and mastered vital life-saving skills:
✅ CPR with the use of an AED;
✅ control of severe bleeding;
✅ transport immobilization for injuries;
✅ assistance in cases of foreign body airway obstruction.

Over three days (July 26–27 and August 3), junior trainers of the project – Nazar Krulyk, Yuliana Skip, and Dina Shozda – taught those eager to acquire these crucial skills and noted the interest and active participation of the employees. They also created conditions and scenarios that are most likely to occur in everyday life.

The Lifestrand Project training team of TNMU received letters of appreciation from the administration of the Regional Employment Center for their high professionalism and successful delivery of the training sessions.

We are grateful for this recognition and pleased that our work contributes to the development and support of important initiatives.
