Workshop “Student 4 Student” for Junior TNMU Students
A workshop “Student 4 Student,” organized by the Student Scientific Society, was held at the university. The aim of the event was to engage junior students in science and to demonstrate that participation in research activities is possible from the very beginning of studies at the university.

The speakers of the first part of the event were members of the Student Scientific Society Council: Chairperson Viktoriia Miroshnyk, as well as Yuliia Kharkhalis, Anhelina Lototska, and Sofiia Chornii. They shared their own experiences and advice on choosing a research topic and supervisor, searching for reliable information sources, formatting scientific papers, and presenting research findings.

Special attention was paid to research activities in different faculties of the university. Maksym Mokrytskyi (representative of the Dentistry study program in the Council) spoke about the specifics of research in dentistry, while Yuliia Kondratiuk (representative of the Pharmacy study program in the Council) emphasized that an important aspect of studying at the Faculty of Pharmacy is writing a qualification paper and highlighted that prior research experience makes this process much easier and more effective.

The part of the workshop dedicated to international student mobility was particularly interesting and motivating. Marta-Viktoriia Zaleshchuk and Viktoriia Zavislianska spoke about their participation in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program and the opportunities opened by TNMU’s cooperation with the University of Manchester. They shared useful advice on where to find information about exchange programs, how the selection of participants is conducted, and which skills help gain valuable international experience.

The final part of the workshop was a practical activity during which students, working in teams, planned their own research projects. The team speakers were:

- Vitalii Kachuriak, specialty “Psychology,” group KP-101;
- Oleksii Dolynnyi, specialty “Medicine,” group MM-106;
- Anastasiia Hevko, specialty “Therapy and Rehabilitation,” group Tr-203.

Student research is a space for bold ideas, friendly teams, and dreams that eventually turn into achievements. The organizers encourage students to get involved in scientific research, as even the smallest steps lead to great accomplishments.
