On the first day of the congress, researchers from the Department of Emergency Medical Care of TNMU delivered two oral presentations in the sessions on cardiac rehabilitation and gender aspects in cardiology. Professor Larysa Levytska presented the 25-year scientific achievements of the department’s researchers under the leadership of Professor Mykola Shved in the field of cardiac rehabilitation.

Associate Professor Sofiia Lypovetska opened the session dedicated to gender aspects in cardiology with her presentation “Gender Differences and Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Myocardial Infarction without Obstructive Coronary Arteries.”

Great interest among specialists was sparked by the poster presentation “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of an Author’s Program for the Rehabilitation of Patients with Myocardial Infarction and Atrial Fibrillation in the Acute Phase of Rehabilitation,” delivered by postgraduate student Ulyana Dmyterko.
