Program of Events for World Mental Health Day at TNMU
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University has prepared a series of activities aimed at supporting psycho-emotional well-being and raising awareness about the importance of mental health.
The program includes lectures, training, workshops, and informational meetings.
Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about stress management techniques, prevention of professional burnout, and mindfulness practices.
