Regular Meeting of the Academic Council of TNMU

On October 28, 2025, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of Ternopil National Medical University took place in its newly appointed composition.

According to the regulations, the meeting was chaired by the eldest member of the Academic Council, Professor, Academician Mykhailo Andreichyn.

The first item on the agenda was the election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of the University’s Academic Council. The results of the secret ballot were reported by the Head of the Counting Commission, Associate Professor Dmytro Korobko.

Based on the results of the vote, Professor Mykhailo Korda, Acting Rector of the University, was elected as Chair of the Academic Council.

By open vote, Professor Arkadii Shulhai, Vice-Rector for Science and Education, was elected as Deputy Chair.

The following issues were then discussed:

“Discussion and approval of the plan for the training of academic and teaching staff and the reserve for the positions of department heads. Work with faculty members without a scientific degree.”

“On the activities of the Simulation Training Center.”
Speaker: Antonina Chervatiuk, Head of the Center.
