Autumn Lifestrand Training Marathon: Knowledge That Saves Lives
October 2025 became a true learning marathon for the Lifestrand project team at TNMU. It was a month of active work, communication, and, of course, education. We could clearly see that interest in first aid is growing, and people’s desire to be helpful and ready to act in emergencies is both conscious and genuine.

Training sessions on basic life support, control of critical bleeding, limb immobilization, and management of foreign body airway obstruction were held at the TNMU Simulation Training Center on October 11, 18, and 25, engaging a total of 119 participants. Among those who joined the training were:

- employees of the Ternopil Regional Employment Center,
- lecturers of Ternopil National Pedagogical University,
- specialists from the Synevo laboratory,
- teachers and students of Ternopil Secondary School No. 23.
Each group was unique. Every participant was someone who wanted to learn more — to be able to save a life when it truly matters or to stay calm and act effectively in a critical situation. Together, we learned how to recognize danger, act confidently, support each other, and maintain composure even when panic arises around us.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated in the training sessions.
Our gratitude goes to our trainers — Tetiana Benediuk, Nazarii Krulyk, Yuliana Skip, Dina Shozda, Oksana Petryshyna, Anastasiia Nikulina, Valentyn Soldatov, Nadiia Nikulina, Yuliia Mysyk, Marta Tsymbala, Valeriia Dibrivka, and Anna Yehorova — for their professional approach and dedication to teaching life-saving skills.
