TNMU Organized a New Year’s Event for Internally Displaced Children

On January 17, 2026, the administrative building of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was filled with a truly fairy-tale atmosphere. Within the framework of cooperation between TNMU and the NGO “Common Cause and Mutual Understanding,” a warm and joyful celebration was held for the children of internally displaced persons.

The event was initiated by Nataliia Pavlychenko, who brought together volunteers and creative youth to give children moments of joy during these challenging times.

The highlight of the day was a festive program prepared by the TNMU theatrical studio “Art-Drama.” Young actors organized fun activities and active games, engaging interactive competitions, and sincere communication for the children. The children enthusiastically took part in every activity, filling the hall with laughter and positive emotions

We express special gratitude to the actors of the studio who put their hearts into organizing the celebration, namely Rostyslav Hnativ, Sofiia Boichuk, Kateryna Savchenko, Demian Yashchyshyn, Diana Kliots, Jhai Palivalu, as well as the head of the “Art-Drama” studio, Mariana Varvaruk. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, the children experienced a true New Year’s miracle.

This initiative once again proved that care, support, and simple joys are of great importance, especially for children who have been forced to leave their homes.

At the end of the celebration, each young guest received a pleasant gift, which served as a bright final note to this heartwarming event.
