Lecturers of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Pharmacy at TNMU Participate in the International Mentorship Program “Scientific Diaspora for Ukraine”

Associate Professors Olena Pokotylo and Liudmyla Mosula have become participants in a new cycle of the mentorship program “Scientific Diaspora for Ukraine,” implemented at the initiative of the Ukrainian Science Diaspora.

The three-month online program, which started in April 2026, is aimed at supporting Ukrainian researchers in developing their research and career potential. Within the program, participants have the opportunity to work under the mentorship of leading international experts, expand their global scientific networks, and establish new academic collaborations.

Participation in the program opens up prospects for preparing publications in journals indexed in leading scientometric databases, as well as for developing and submitting grant applications for international funding. The special value of the program lies in its practical orientation and individualized support for each mentee.

The participants express their sincere gratitude to the Head of the Scientific Project Management Department, Professor Oksana Shevchuk, for systematically informing the academic staff of TNMU about current opportunities for professional development, international programs, and grant initiatives. In wartime conditions, such support is especially important, as it contributes to preserving scientific potential, integrating Ukrainian researchers into the global academic community, and creating new opportunities for the implementation of scientific ideas.
