TNMU Holds Ceremonial Matriculation for New Students of the Faculty of Dentistry

On August 31, 2026, I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University held a ceremonial matriculation for new students of the Faculty of Dentistry. The ceremony began with a minute of silence in honor of the defenders of Ukraine who gave their lives for the country’s independence. Among them were five graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry.

“Dear students, I sincerely congratulate you on this memorable day! You have embarked on a path that will require perseverance, diligence, and continuous self-improvement. Dentistry is both an art and a responsibility. I wish you to find your calling in this field, succeed in your studies, and become highly qualified professionals who will make our university and all of Ukraine proud. May your student years be filled not only with new knowledge, but also with wonderful experiences and true friends.”

The solemn TNMU Student Oath was administered by Liudmyla Patskan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. The first-year students pledged to proudly uphold the title of a TNMU student.

Special recognition was given to the first-year students who achieved the highest scores in the External Independent Evaluation. The Dean of the Faculty personally presented them with their matriculae. The top results were achieved by Roman Bendiuga (200 points in Ukrainian), Anna Lazova (200 points in a foreign language), Yeva Pletniova (200 points in Ukrainian), and Solomiia Kushnir (200 points in the History of Ukraine).
