Misericordia Volunteers Coordinate Another Delivery of Humanitarian Aid from Sweden to Kozova Central District Hospital
On 30 September 2026, Kozova Central District Hospital received another shipment of humanitarian aid from the charitable organization Johanniter Mission Siret, with which Ternopil National Medical University and the university-wide volunteer organization Misericordia have been cooperating for two years.

This time, thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers from Romania, Germany, and the Netherlands, the medical facility received 12 new multifunctional hospital beds with anti-decubitus mattresses, an Olympus bronchoscope, wheelchairs, sets of dental instruments, as well as medical supplies for emergency care and dentistry.

Special thanks are extended to Anna-Maria Maidaniuk, Coordinator of Johanniter Mission Siret in Romania, and to all the volunteers for organizing another humanitarian mission, their commitment, and their continued support for Ukrainian healthcare institutions.

Thanks to two years of cooperation with international charitable partners, TNMU and Misericordia have been able to systematically improve the material and technical resources of hospitals in Ternopil and the region by providing them with essential medical equipment and supplies.
