Congratulations to the Members of the Supervisory Board of TNMU on their Election for the Academician and Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

According to the DSMP of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine, on May 26, 2021, a session of the General Meeting of the NAS of Ukraine was held; during this meeting full members (academics) and corresponding members of the NAS of Ukraine were elected. This year, a competition was announced for 33 vacancies for academicians and 76 vacancies for corresponding members in 97 specialties. As a result of a secret ballot, 30 academicians, 73 corresponding members and 27 international members of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine were elected. Thus, two members of the Supervisory Board of TNMU won this competition.

Professor Vitalii Ivanovych Tsymbaliuk, the President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, is now also a Full Member (Academician) of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Professor Vasyl Vasyliovych Lazoryshynets, the Director of the M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of medicine, is now also a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

We congratulate the members of the Supervisory Board of TNMU with high scientific recognition and achievements. We appreciate the long-term cooperation with our university and believe in its further advance. We wish Vitalii Ivanovych and Vasyl Vasyliovych further scientific, professional and personal success, achievements, health, peace and prosperity!
