European Standards in the Field of Science and Innovation: Horizon Europe Office Was Opened in Ukraine

On December 20, 2023, the Horizont Europe Office was opened in Ukraine. This will contribute to the implementation of new scientific and innovative projects and the integration of Ukraine into the EU and the European research space. Back in August, the Ukrainian government supported the creation of the Office in Ukraine.

The opening was attended by the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Iliana Ivanova, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi , Deputy Minister for Science and Innovation Denys Kurbatov, representatives of state authorities, people’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of the international, scientific and innovative communities.
