I express my sincere appreciation to all those who, by their perseverence and hard work in the past year, contributed to the increase of the authority of our university and multiplied its accomplishments. This year our university has gained the status of national, which testifies to the united well-consolidated work of the whole university team.

In 2020, we are coming up with new plans, ideas and hopes for good change. I am convinced that only united efforts will make it possible to reach new heights and implement many interesting projects.

I want everyone to believe in themselves, believe in people, believe that, regardless of any obstacles, every act, if done from a pure heart, is doomed to success. Let us come into the New Year with pure thoughts, fill it with good deeds, decent actions, love for our dear ones.
