IFOM CLINICAL SCIENCES EXAMINATION IN NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2017

On 20th October 2017 the Testing Board under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as an organization authorized by the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) to administer IFOM Clinical Sciences Examination in Ukraine, opens the registration of those 6th year students, who specialize in Medical Care, Pediatrics, and Medical Psychology, and wish to take IFOM Clinical Sciences in English. 

Registration remains open until 20th November 2017.

IFOM Clinical Sciences administration is held to provide the students with the opportunity to check their knowledge compared to the international standards and, for those who demonstrate sufficient results (the score of 602 or more), to obtain NBME certificate as a confirmation of their professional competence level.

Regarding the students, who obtained the score of 501 or more, when taking IFOM Clinical Sciences, and are registered by their medical schools for Krok 2. Medicine License Examination, the Testing Board can accept this IFOM score as a sufficient substitute for Krok 2. Medicine result in 2018.

The score of 501 was determined based on the analysis of the test results demonstrated by students in June-July 2017 and will remain effective throughout academic year 2017-2018.

IFOM Clinical Sciences participants, regardless of their results, retain their right to take Krok 2. Medicine License Examination in 2018.

The examination will be administered according to the NBME regulations; the examination will be Web-based and held in Kyiv on the premises made available by the Testing Board.

Per Capita Fee for examination administration is the UAH equivalent of 200 USD.

Students will be given an opportunity to take this examination twice within academic year 2017-2018.
