International Students of TSMU Took Part in the International Scientific Forum in Georgia
On May 10-15 the students of I.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University Donald Oriaifo and Ronald Oriaifo (the 5th year students of the Faculty of Medicine) represented the university during the Spring Assembly of the European Medical Students Association, which was held at Tbilisi State Medical University. Donald Oriaifo is the Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Students and is the Chairman of the EMSA centre in TSMU. The topical issue of the forum is “Humans On The Move”.
During five days workshops, seminars and training sessions were held in five thematic areas: medical education, medical research, public health, ethics and European integration.
Special topics were concerning migrants and refugees’ rights, mental health, inter-professional collaboration, gender medicine and more.
Also an interesting entertainment was organized for all participants – a city tour, European rural party and gala night.
The main slogan of EMSA: «Health, Europe and Unity!”.
We wish Donald Oriaifo further achievements and social accomplishments, successful studying and to become a highly skilled professional!

5 days of strengthening the 5 EMSA Pillars of Medical Education, Medical Research, Public Health, Ethics and European Integration… This was done through workshops, seminars, and trainings.

And then there was so much fun with social events (City tour, European Village Party and Gala Night).
