Mansoura University professor gave lectures and seminars for TSMU faculty and students
Professor Hussein I. El-Subbagh, a pharmaceutical chemistry researcher of Mansoura University, Egypt visited Ternopil State Medical University on April 10-12, 2018 to sign cooperation agreement between the two schools.
Meeting with TSMU rector Professor Mykhaylo Korda, Dr. El-Subbagh discussed cooperation in the areas of student and staff academic exchanges and development of joint research projects.
Professor Hussein I. El-Subbagh gave two seminars for 2nd-5th year students at the Faculty of Pharmacy and International Students’ Faculty. The first seminar, NMR Spectroscopy. Part I. From Scratch covered theoretical aspects, while the second, NMR Spectroscopy. Part II. Modern concept touched on practical experience of Dr. El-Subbagh and his recommendations. All seminar participants received certificates.
Also on April 12, 2018, the professor at Mansoura University gave a lecture to TSMU researchers and lecturers about preparing scholarly papers for publication in international professional publications. He also shared his own experience on developing research project proposals.
In addition, Dr. El-Subbagh shared his advice with the faculty of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry on introducing a new academic program in pharmaceutical chemistry program according to the world standards. Researchres of the department discussed with the guest perspective areas of joint research project between TSMU Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Mansoura University.
