Open House Day at TNMU

On March 10, 2024, Ternopil National Medical University hosted an Open House Day, which gathered many of this year’s applicants and their parents. In the lobby of the assembly hall, prior to the start of the meeting, the guests were welcomed by our paramedics: Krrystyna Beznosa, Anna Lypoviak, Yuliia Kovalchuk, Tetiana Savchuk, Yana Hanzina, Alina Frankova, and Professor Arsen Hudyma. Students demonstrated emergency medical care skills on mannequins to everyone, talked about student life and studying at the university.

In the assembly hall of the university, TNMU Vice-Rector for Science and Education, Professor Arkadii Shulhai, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Petro Lykhatskyi, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dmytro Korobko, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Associate Professor Svitlana Boitsaniuk, Director of the Academic and Research Institute of Nursing Svitlana Danchak and Executive Secretary of TNMU Admissions Committee Ihor Drach spoke with the applicants.

Professor Arkadii Shulhai welcomed the guests, talked about the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process at TNMU.

Ihor Drach’s speech was devoted to the training programs of TNMU and the admission procedure in 2024. After the report, the attendees received comprehensive answers to their questions.

After that, everyone could get acquainted with the educational buildings of TNMU. In the morphological building, the entrants were met by Associate Professor of the Department of Human Anatomy Yurii Havryshchuk. In the Centre for Medical Simulation the guests were accompanied by specialist Oleh Kosinskyi and students Markiian Hrekh, Diana Hryhoryshyn and Kostiantyn Karaziia.

The Admissions Committee reminds that registration at NMT will continue from March 14 to April 11. Applicants register independently, but the Admissions Committee will be happy to assist in this at the address: 1 Maidan Voli, Ternopil.
